The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth Operations team to build and scale the marketing technology and automation layer powering Urban Sports Club's B2C growth. This role sits at the intersection of CRM, marketing technology, and data activation, with a primary focus on enabling and scaling our CRM infrastructure while extending its impact across paid acquisition, product, and partnerships. You will act as the system owner and enabler, ensuring our tools, automation, and data are fully leveraged to drive efficient, personalized, and scalable growth. What you will do • You own the CRM infrastructure, optimizing Braze for scalability, lifecycle automation, and personalization • You build and scale automated CRM and marketing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort • You activate customer data by partnering with Segment to enable real-time audiences and data-driven growth use cases • You extend CRM audiences across paid marketing channels to drive retargeting, suppression, and lookalike strategies • You manage and integrate the MarTech stack, establishing best practices, governance, and scalable processes •
